In this section you will find:

9 vacancies (described below) are published to join the Proxecto Nós through the public call 03/2022, posted on 8th July, 2022.

Application procedure: 

The application can be done through the electronic office of the University of Santiago de Compostela, which is accessible by using any of the identification and signature mechanisms permitted in the electronic office of the USC. The documentation required for application is the curriculum vitae (PDF document), a copy of the academic certification and a sword statement declaring that the candidate meets the requirements of the call before the deadline for applications. 

The provisional list of accepted and excluded applicants will be published in the electronic notice board of the USC three working days from the deadline for admission of candidates, between 16th and 20th July.

    Employment status: Research assistant 
    Functions: Preparation of linguistic corpora, collaboration in the preparation of technical reports, support in the design of experiments and evaluation of results. 
    Required qualification: Degree in Galician language and literature

    Employment status: Research associate 
    Functions: Coordination and supervision of the development of oral linguistic resources, drafting of technical reports, and linguistic advice and coordination in the area of speech technologies. 
    Required qualification: PhD in language studies

    Functions: Supervision and coordination of the Machine Translation area, drafting of technical reports, and supervision of the development of machine translation tools.

  1. Reference number of the position: 2021-CP081.05 
    Employment status: Senior Management Technician 
    Functions: Coordination and follow up of the project activities and work plan; management, administrative and technical support and coordination and elaboration of the documentation part of the project; support in the organization of events and internal and external communication activities of the project; and responsibilities in the coordination of the human resources associated to the project, especially in the technical and administrative areas. 
    Required qualification: Degree in Business Administration or Economics, Engineering or Experimental Sciences or equivalent

Selection procedure: 

A special selection committee will check the applications and assign a score to each candidate depending on their merits, following the scoring notation table established in the call. A personal interview will be conducted to those candidates who achieve a minimum of 50 points for their merits. 

An award resolution will be published in the USC electronic notice board. The maximum time alotted for resolving the selection call is a month, which means that it shall be solved before 8th August.
